BH’s principals have transacted over £5 billion in properties, measured by gross development value, throughout their careers. They bring a wealth of lifetime experience in the operation of both urban and suburban hospitality assets. Their expertise spans all asset classes, with a particular focus on hospitality, office, retail, residential, and industrial properties. Additionally, they have significant experience handling distressed and dislocated transactions, whether in cooperative or non-cooperative situations. With a strong development background, they have a proven track record of successful and timely project delivery.

This website is dedicated to the most wonderful man we have ever known, our father, Dipak G. Shah.
Hailing from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, our father (following receipt of a Ph.D. in Industrial Pharmacy from the University of Tennessee) and mother (Pragna, who had earned a M.S. in Microbiology form the University of Mississippi) relocated to Wilmington, DE, in 1977, initially in pursuit of a career in the pharmaceutical and medical industries.
